We are looking to appoint a dynamic, forward thinking and creative individual to our newly established Transformation Team.

Our role is to lead transformation and innovation across the organisation and enabling our services to the provide the best possible care.


This is a key role working with the transformation team and wider across the organisation providing effective and efficient support across the transformation programme.

On a typical day this may include the collation and presentation of a dataset to support the identification of improvements, the planning and administration of a service improvement engagement session, writing up and drafting of the outputs from a process mapping session.


This role will also have the responsibility to support the programme and project delivery and coordinating the project/programme governance such as the updating of dashboards, maintaining risk and issue logs and administration of project/programme meetings.


You will be joining a supportive, innovative, inclusive and forward thinking team with a collective vision and focus on the development and improvement of our services for the benefit of our patients and colleagues.

As a team we are committed to continuous improvement and as such this role will also provide an excellent opportunity for the postholder to develop service improvement and project management skills
