About Our Client:

Working for this business you'll have relationships with colleagues from all departments, work in partnership with the Head of Retail stores and deliver a flawless customer journey online.

This role will play a huge part in the future growth plans.

This Head of Customer Experience role will include the following duties;

  • Manage the entire online Customer Experience strategy including growth plans
  • Managing a team of specialist relationship managers who process orders and manage queries relating to products purchased online.
  • Oversee corporate relationship leads to ensure strong relationships are formed with retail partners (internal and external business customers)
  • Fully understand and create process and control around customer voice and trends
  • Seek to improve processes & ensure compliance of existing procedures
  • Act as an escalation point for resolution management
  • Engage and partner with external stakeholders such as carrier partners
  • Ensure ongoing customer engagement and customer experience strategy
  • Maintain a high standard of service to ensure the company's reputation is of a high standard
  • Utilise data and systems to identify trends

The Successful Applicant:

  • Strong customer focus (Gained through a ecommerce) Head of level role
  • Strong experience and knowledge in developing and presenting customer strategies
  • Experience opening up and managing new online channels to access wider customer demographics and increase revenue streams eg Amazon, Vinted, EBay etc.
  • Excellent analytical and software skills
  • This role would suit a hands on manager
  • Work well under pressure
  • Excellent proven skills in the following
