Communications Marketing Manager

Scotland Food & Drink is the only food and drink body in the world which facilitates and enables government and industry to work side by side.
They are now looking to bring in a talented, enthusiastic Communications & Marketing Manager to support the greatwork they do as an organisation.
Joining a small but mighty Marketing team, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging campaigns to support their membership engagement, event programme and industry leadership role, with the aim of helping to secure, sustain and grow Scotland's food anddrink sector.
Based in Edinburgh (Ratho), they operate a hybrid working policy - realistically looking at 1 day a week but happy to have a discussion around this.
Due to some of the travel required (from time to time you'll be out meeting some of their members on location),driving licence and access to own transport is required for this role.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Taking a lead on planning, managing and analysing campaigns
- Working closely with agency partners briefing and coordinating support here
- Utilising multiple channels to get key messaging across
- Achieving maximum positive coverage for Scotland Food & Drink through the creation of press releases, website copy, social media and collateral
- Working with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Meeting with Scottish Food & Drink businesses on site
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing Marketing Comms experience and satisfy your passion for food & drink.
It is a varied role so you'll be a natural planner and able to juggle multiple campaigns of varying sizeis essential.
Personality is a big thing for this role You'll be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels and be passionate about doing good within the industry.
