C-Tecnics are seeking a Part-Time bookkeeper to join their close-knit team to primarily oversee the Accounts duties. There will also be the requirement to undertake some purchasing and general office admin work.

For this part of the role experience with Sage 50 would be hugely beneficial.

Ensure supplier invoices are correctly matched to raised PO's

Ensure customer invoices are raised in a timely manner

Prepare supplier payment runs for management approval

Upload supplier and payroll payment runs to the bank online platform

Credit Control

VAT Returns

Monthly P&L report
:

Raising Purchase Order's to suppliers.

This role is currently pitched at a 24-hour working week (days/hours are flexible).

Job Types:

£11.00-£14.00 per hour
