We are recruiting for a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant in Aberdeen for an individual working in the Investment Finance.

About You

  • Previous experience working with High-NetWorth Individuals, Private households, and Private offices
  • Experience managing an office and small team
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced, changing environment with high level of flexibility
  • The ability to work proactively and use initiative
  • Experience in presenting and making quick highlevel decisions with senior stakeholders
  • Experience running and managing household staff and multiple businesses
  • Good oral and written communication skills and a second language would be useful
  • A high level of organisational skills
  • A strong ability to juggle/manage multiple projects at one time whilst meeting deadlines
  • A valid UK driving license with access to own vehicle
  • Confident and capable of organising events and building rapport with different stakeholders
  • The right to work in the UK
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role

What You'll Do

  • Toplevel HR duties include preparation of employment contracts and working with external HR consultants.
  • Finance management, bookkeeping & budgeting business, properties, and ventures to include invoice tracking, cashflow predictions, payments, and monthly reconciliations. Be an expert in the use of MSExcel, MSPowerPoint, MSWord, and social media platforms(Experience working with Sage is preferable but not essential).
  • General management of property, organising cleaning and maintenance, and general stock check of property amenities.
  • Personal Assistant and Office Administrator responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of the team and business.
