The Opportunity

Rovco is recruiting an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer. This role involves working directly with the COO to manage their daily work routine, maintain their calendar, and coordinate local administrative and facility functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the COO with daily tasks, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing expenses.
  • Organize and attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Manage phone calls, take messages, and handle external visitors or guests.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, such as preparing documents and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain an organized office environment, and ensure a safe working space.
  • Liaise with QHSE to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with travel booking and general admin for the local teams.
Requirements
  • Proactive approach to supporting the Executive with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to plan and prioritize accordingly to meet deadlines.
  • Growth mindset and emotional intelligence.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and kind attitude.
  • Able to work in a fast-moving environment while being adaptable in a rapidly growing company.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Experience using the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to represent their Executive, acting as an extension of that person, and ensuring discretion and confidentiality.
  • Flexible and adaptable with an understanding of the demands of supporting a busy Executive.
