About the Job Title and Company:
Join our team as a Global Procurement Manager at QuidelOrtho, a leading in vitro diagnostics company that unites the strengths of Quidel Corporation and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. Your New Role:
As a Global Procurement Manager, you will lead in providing direction for suppliers and managing finished goods and direct materials in the Consumables and Plastics categories.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responsible for developing the Category Strategy and managing a strategic portfolio of suppliers.
  • Lead negotiations, manage contract compliance, and drive supplier relationship management.
  • Develop expertise in major spend categories and foster relationships with various teams to drive optimal supplier strategies.
  • Facilitate supplier change notices and perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant Technical/Procurement Management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business discipline or relevant technical field.
  • Professionally recognized qualification and experience in ISO standards and FDA regulations.
  • Proven track record in high-performance supply organizations and project delivery.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and effective communication skills.
