**Role Overview**:
**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Leadership for the SMT Programming Team
- Support the technical and career developments of the team
- Understanding of Technical documentation including Bill of materials, Drawings and assembly instructions
- Delivery of SMT Programs on-time
- Adherence to processes to support quality and efficiency drives
- Sharing & Reporting of department KPIs
- Lead Problem solving activities where appropriate

**Person Qualities**:
**Essential criteria**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in an Electronic/Engineering field
- Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with Programming knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL being an advantage
- Proven Leadership & Time Management skills
- Process driven with attention to detail
- Able to understand and work to Industry Standards
- Proven problem solving skills
- A team player with Passion and Drive for Innovation and Quality
- Motivation for learning and knowledge growth

**Desirable criteria**:

- Prior experience of working within an Electronics or Mechanical Manufacturing/design environment
- SMT/PWB Manufacturing knowledge
