**Role Overview**:
Our People Department team are looking for a HR Administrator who is passionate about providing support to the Company. You will be responsible for supporting Sony UKTEC in a variety of ways including all aspects of the HR administration, communication, and much more. You will have the opportunity to support many of the HR related projects, whilst working closely with other members of the People Department team.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- General administrative duties, such as producing contracts of employment, issuing new starter packs, employee references, and letters.
- Maintain employee records on HR databases and systems. - Support with employee relations matters where required such as taking meeting minutes, arranging meetings, preparing related correspondence.
- Administration of payroll (PWA & Workday).
- Arrange interviews and coordinating feedback.
- Assist in HR with the absence management process including co-ordinating occupational health referrals.
- Reporting data for headcount, absence, exit interviews and KPI’s.
- Creation of HR purchase order processing.
- HR related tasks as necessary.

**Essential criteria**:
- Competent use of the full Microsoft suite; Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
**Desirable criteria**:
- Knowledge of the Human Resources function would be an advantage.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working within an administrative function.
