HR Administrator

Reporting to the Head of HR Process, working as an integral member of the airport People team, you will be responsible for proactively supporting the delivery of the people strategy for the airport.
If you have strong administration experience, great attention to detail and a flexible approach looking to grow your administration experience within an HR Team, this is the role for you.
We can offer you the opportunity to develop your HR career by supporting you to complete relevant professional qualifications if you wish such as CIPD or CIPP.
- Provide administration support for the HR, Payroll and Recruitment activities within the people team.
- Invoicing raise invoices for third party revenue as required on a weekly basis.
- Procurement raise, record and receipt invoices as required, administer sundry payments process.
- Manage the day to day filing, shredding, printing and scanning activities associated with the function ensuring that all records are stored accurately and confidentially in line with internal and external processes.
- Support monthly payroll activities
- Room bookings and arranging meetings and appointments as required for the team.
- Other general administration activities as required.
