RECEPTIONIST We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist.
In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our reception and kitchen areas.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet customers upon their arrival and ensure their needs are met promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the reception and kitchen areas, creating a welcoming environment for clients and staff. Assist clients with checking out and booking future appointments, providing efficient and friendly service. Handle laundry duties and restock towels in barber rooms to ensure a seamless client experience. Conduct regular stock counts and oversee inventory management in the stock room.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media platforms, showcasing our services and attracting new clientele.
