Reception Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reception Administrator to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for internal colleagues and external visitors, managing the incoming phone switchboard, and ensuring all day-to-day activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manning the front desk reception at our Manchester head office
  • First point of contact for all visitors
  • Answering calls that come through to reception and redirecting as appropriate
  • Sorting through post and distributing to the right teams
  • Ordering and arranging of lunch / tea & coffee requirements for meetings
  • Arranging of travel and accommodation requirements
  • Checking through of buffet invoices
  • Other administrative duties as required
