  • Manage the front desk, handling cash transactions, issuing tickets, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Process membership applications and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Empty vending machines and record cash transactions.
  • Answer general inquiries, take messages, and ensure prompt delivery.
  • Follow established systems and procedures to maintain a smooth and efficient reception service.
  • Deal with members of the public in a pleasant and courteous manner, listening to and recording complaints as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check required.
  • Ability to work shifts, including ad-hoc hours.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
