An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and engaging PA with excellent communication skills, to work for the Director of a long standing and successful property company based in Central London.


The PA will work with the Director in running the day to day operations, and support the Director with client matters and administration.

Duties include

  • Running the day to day office coordination
  • Dealing with property management appointments with the Director
  • Managing phone calls and any issues that arise
  • Taking detailed messages from clients
  • Planning meetings and refreshments
  • Some audio typing
  • General administration
  • Very organised
  • Be efficient with a good eye for detail
  • Able to prioritise
  • Experience working within property management would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent Office outlook (Word, Excel Powerpoint)
