About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave and support PA Media Assignments and PA Media Academy during a busy period. As a Marketing Manager, you will join a dynamic and close-knit marketing team and collaborate with external agencies. Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you will have full responsibility for our marketing strategy, enabling swift decision-making and visible results.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Evaluate and refine our marketing approach for measurable growth.
- Content and Thought Leadership: Implement lead generation techniques across digital channels.
- Digital Tools Utilisation: Leverage analytics, search, and other digital media tools.
- Platform Management: Use CMS, B2B social media platforms, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Pardot proficiently.
- Organisation and Adaptation: Prioritise tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Supplier Management: Manage 3rd party suppliers effectively.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven marketing experience in a B2B environment.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies and techniques.
- Experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of modern marketing methodologies and marketing automation technology.
- A KPI-focused mindset with strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in CMS, social media platforms, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Pardot.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
