South West Rust Proofing the UK's largest, leading, friendly, and professional vehicle rust proofing business. We are based on the Woodland Industrial Estate in Westbury and have been operating since 2015. Our aim is to provide an outstanding service to customers throughout the South West and beyond who are looking to protect their vehicle against rust using a rust protection system called Dinitrol. We are the only approved Dinitrol treatment centre within Wiltshire, and we are one of the largest treatment centres in the UK and we have an excellent reputation amongst car enthusiast groups such as Land Rover, Nissan and Mazda. Because our customers only visit us once a year, we aim to make their visit easy and smooth as well as providing them with an excellent, professional service. We aim to be as transparent as we can by taking images as the vehicle goes through the rust proofing process and giving the customer full access to these images at the end of the treatment.

Person Specification


You must have excellent administrative and customer service skills and your most recent role must be in an administrative, face to face customer service environment.

You will be highly organised and efficient in how you plan your workload to ensure that all tasks are completed within the correct timeframe.

You will have a confident and polite telephone manner and be able to speak to customers about the cost of repairs and give them information from their estimates and invoices.

You will be extremely IT literate with experience in using Word, Excel and be willing to undergo training on our Garage Management software, Task Management software (Asana) and Wordpress.

You will have a good eye for detail and a tenacious approach to getting tasks completed. You are polite, well presented and confident in a team environment.

Duties:

  • Using a Task Management software to log new enquiries and assign to team members
  • Uploading images of customers vehicles throughout the process to their online portal
  • Scanning and document management using a cloudbased storage system
  • Sending out customer reminders for upcoming bookings and dealing with completing their driver's licence checks.
  • General administrative tasks as required
  • Holiday cover for both Senior Administrators

Additional:
IT proficiency is essential due to the nature of the role

Confident telephone manner

No motor trade experience necessary, brand training will be provided

Driving licence is essential, parking available on site free of charge.
