About the teamOur B2B Team plays an integral role in supporting this mission by being a key driver in achieving our vision of becoming the go-to video platform for small to large organizations .
We are looking for an Account Executive to be based in London who will be excited about our mission, who is passionate about their craft and has a knack for solving problems. You will be reporting to the Business Sales Lead and working with the wider B2B Team.
What you will doDrive revenue through generating and closing new business and expansion opportunities.
Your responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Quickly gain a strong understanding of VEED's products and customer needs in order to troubleshoot and rapidly resolve inquiries
- Respond to a large volume of inbound prospects and customers, and manage a high volume of opportunities through the entire sales cycle (qualification to close)
- Build a pipeline of new business, and pursue upselling opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with accounts in your book of business
- Forecast and track all opportunity and customer details including use cases, purchase timeframes, and next steps
Maintain a high accuracy of record keeping
- Keep accurate records of meetings that happen and their outcomes in HubSpot, our CRM
- Keep all deals up to date in HubSpot including:
- Close date
- Next steps
- Value
- Deal stage
