The Company:
ER Recruitment is thrilled to be working with our outstanding national client.
They are a dynamic, family run business who are looking for an Event Administrator to join their busy Events team to support in delivering 80 plus events annually.
Role & Responsibilities of the Event Administrator:
- Support the Event Manager in booking event venues and handling the administration such as signing contracts, raising purchase orders
- Monitor response rates for each event and update CRM and reports with all relevant event information
- Liaise with the sales and marketing teams to promote events and provide press release information
- Process event cancellations
- Oversee presenter diaries and arrange travel and accommodation for them as necessary
- Assist in delegate registrations and process event cancellations
- Answer queries from various internal partners including sales and marketing teams and presenters
- General administration duties as required
About You as the Event Administrator:
- An experienced Administrator with a background working in the events sector
- Ability to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A methodical approach and good attention to detail
