We are currently looking for a talented Recruitment assistant to work at our Hinckley branch. _**This is for maternity cover with the potential of progressing to a permanent role. **_

Previous experience in recruitment is ideal but not essential as we will train you up.

We are committed to providing you with full training and coaching to ensure your success.
- Attending networking events i.e. job fairs
- Pitching our value proposition to potential to new clients and building a rapport with clients to support in growing the business
- Providing an excellent standard of account management to existing clients
- Taking general enquiries
- General administrative duties
- Train new staff to a standard before they attend site
- Create and prepare training materials
- Competent using office programs (e.g. MS Office, Google Docs etc.) with the aptitude to learn new software & systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Warmly greet visitors to the office; answer phone calls in a polite professional manner, passing on clear messages where appropriate.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
- Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy,in respect of employment and service delivery.
- Working closely with the care coordinator.
- Going out on visits to see clients so you get more of an understanding of how we work.
- Build relationships with clients.
- You might be asked to cover shifts if needed but full training will be given.
- Participate in on-call duties may be required.
- Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software and People Planner.

**The successful applicant must have**:

- Experience in a sales-based role or Recruitment Experience
- A positive attitude is a must
- Motivation and ambition with a drive to succeed.
- Ambition to better themselves and progress.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.81-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
