Recruitment & Training Administrator

**Summary of Role**
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and forward-thinking business, striving to be the very best. As a Recruitment & Training Administrator you will be the first point of contact for all recruitment enquires and the onboarding process, strong communication skills are essential for this role. This is a varied role, working both independently and as closely with the management team.
**Key Responsibilities**
Training administration, arrange and book training, recording training attendance, distribute and review training feedback.
- Review and deliver training presentations to management
- Be main point of contact for all recruitment and training requests
- Answering recruitment and training related queries as needed
- Administrative support to management team & HR
**The Person**
- Computer literate & with attention to detail
- A confident person with the ability to work consistently as part of a team
- Previous recruitment experience
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Positive and upbeat attitude to work
- Able to deliver and present in house training
- An effective communicator with the ability to develop good working relationships at all levels
