The Digital Asset Risk Management AVP will be based in London, and report to the Digital Asset Risk Management Change Management Lead.
The AVP will be responsible for aggregation risk metrics relating to digital assets firmwide and the analysis, interpretation and translation of such metrics into high quality management insight.
Due to the focus on digital assets, the audience of such informationmay include Board members, senior management, colleagues in Independent Risk Management, regulators and auditors.
The AVP will also provide general support to senior risk managers in the Digital Asset Risk Management department and may be tasked with special projects from time-to-time.
The mandate of the AVP covers all regions, all Citi business lines (Institutional Clients Group and Personal Banking & Wealth Management) and all digital asset products: central bank digital currencies, stablecoins, digital securities, cryptocurrencies andenterprise blockchain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggregate risk metrics relating to digital assets firmwide
- Analyze, interpret and translate risk metrics into high quality management insights
- Own the preparation and publication of a periodic Digital Asset Risk Dashboard for review by senior management
- Provide general support to senior risk managers in Digital Asset Risk Management
- Assume leadership in special projects from timetotime

Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree is required with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in the field of financial services and/or banking, or with a regulator or industry body
- Strong skills in using databases, spreadsheets and presentation software are strictly necessary
- Understanding and/or demonstrated interest in digital assets
- Familiarity with Citi's businesses and products, or the equivalent at organizations of similar complexity and maturity
