Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive individual to join our team as an Engagement Manager, Business Services. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and account managers to maximize the value delivered by our email-based risk assessment solution.
Your results will have a direct impact on our customers' bottom line, reducing customer friction, fraud losses, and increasing customer profitability. You will leverage real-time digital identity intelligence, analyzing millions of transactions per month for some of the largest companies operating in Financial Services, Insurance, and e-Commerce.
Responsibilities- Support business reviews for key accounts through the creation and presentation of analytical insights relating to the customers' deployment.
- Conduct proactive monitoring and analysis to ensure key customers' solution performance is maintained and improved.
- Perform targeted rule adjustments to help our customers address emerging risks.
- Develop an action plan for key customers which improves their maturity on the solution. Provide business support through fraud analysis and research.
- Conduct routine fraud review verification and ensure corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner.
- Improve fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate. Utilize various data workflow management and analysis tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency with languages such as SQL, Python, etc. and various data types and formats including, but not limited to: XML, flat files, delimited, etc.
- Demonstrate proficiency with data analysis tools and processes.
- Demonstrate good research skills and interest in fraud analysis for real-life scenarios.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communications skills in English. Other languages ideal.
