What you'll do:

Motivated and collaborative, you will:

  • Work as part of an award winning Recruitment Function to deliver a world class recruitment service for our senior hiring ambition
  • Work collaboratively and build strong relationships within the Capgemini Invent Recruitment function, UK central teams and Global Invent team to create, influence and implement talent marketing strategies to enhance Capgemini Invent's visibility in key recruiting markets.
  • Act as the recruitment brand guardian for talent attraction communications, digital assets and marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with Invent HR teams to understand the People Experience, proactively sharing insights which contribute to the delivery of our EVP
  • Collaborate with internal Capgemini Invent teams, particularly Marketing, on key projects (social media, jobs boards, talent attraction events and talent branding) to ensure consistency in messaging and brand.
  • Support the Capgemini Invent Recruitment team to deliver a world class recruitment whilst championing the firm values, vision and people experience.
  • Oversee and manage the activation, optimisation and data analytics of talent attraction campaigns.
  • Senior stakeholder management.

At your core you will need to bring an ability to interact, engage, influence and have credibility at all levels, especially senior management as well as be able to navigate a complex political landscape with ease and discretion.


Complimenting this with your strong employer brand and recruitment marketing experience, you will be a team player with the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues acting as part of one HR team.

Also key, will you to be able to prioritise and proactively manage multiple projects whilst working to tight deadlines.


You should have strong attention to detail, alongside analytical skills with the ability to use data to influence across levels, with internal tools, Power BI, Excel and Powerpoint.

You should also have strong verbal and written communications in both formal and informal settings and be confident to present at all levels and varying size of teams / communities.

Knowledge of recruiting channels, job boards, and employer brand sites that support hiring (i.e. LinkedIn, Google Analytics).
