Role Summary


Our TA team sits at the heart of the Group, we are highly visible and very proud of our achievements in consistently delivering top talent to our agencies.

We are a diverse team of 20 who have backgrounds in recruitment from in house and in recruitment agencies also within Executive Search and we celebrate our points of difference from each other.

We are a strong and united team, down to earth and supportive of each other.

Our Group Director, Talent Attraction, Anna Britton is part of the OMG, UK Senior leadership team and reports into the Group Chief People Officer, Claire Douglas-Pennant and Group CEO, Laura Fenton.

We are looking for a highly ambitious Talent Attraction Senior Executive to join our amazing in-house recruitment team.

This person will be passionate about the fast-paced world of media with a drive to recruit the best people to our agencies across OMG, UK.

You will work across a range of disciplines but notably the role sits within the Data team recruiting across multiple disciplines to include but not limited too – Data Analytics, Data Science, Marketing Science and Product Development.


You will have autonomy in your role, partnering with Hiring Managers and People Teams across the agencies in dealing with the end-to-end recruitment process.

It's a great opportunity to get a real breadth of exposure to different positions and understand the nuances of what the individual agencies require culturally and from skill sets.


OMG Central Talent team is highly respected by both Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership teams, The role will allow you to bring previous experience and develop into a true Talent Advisor, regularly updating your hiring teams on market insights and benchmarking whilst owning your own processes.

You will have the opportunity to build out Employee Value Propositions and will be constantly supported in bringing fresh ideas to the table to source and retain top industry talent.

A role within the Talent Team will provide you with the opportunity to develop your experience outside of recruitment.

Some examples of this are leading on partnerships with our DE+I partners, being a dedicated champion for different parts of the business, working with external companies such as LinkedIn as well as presenting at external events or webinars to highlight the opportunities and of course, benefits of working at OMG.

Ideally, you would be currently working in an agency or inhouse recruitment environment, maybe in a resourcing or support role, and looking for your next step up to work in a talent acquisition role to help us find exceptional candidates to join us here at OMG, UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates directly using a variety of tools, methods including searching our database, social media and sourcingn
  • Identifying appropriate talent by CV, telephone and video screeningn
  • Managing and building relationships with candidates including briefing on the role/agency they are interviewing with, managing feedback, negotiating offer and advise on on-boardingn
  • Building relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders and HR teams at each agency.n
  • Delivering impeccable recruitment service to hiring managers, keeping them updated and becomes a respected member of the Hiring teamn
  • Acting as a champion for the recruitment team across the business raising the recruitment team's profile internally and externallyn
  • Contributing to projects and processes which deliver tangible results for the TA team and wider business.n
  • Covering the TA Team Assistant duties in their absence (where necessary)n
  • Be 'Gold standard' in your approach and behaviour as a member of the TA team
