MacGregor Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator on behalf of a window supplier based in south Liverpool.


My client manufacture and supply a wide range of windows and doors to trade and are an established and successful business.


The role:


Part of a small team and working closely with a Project Manager you will support the contracts with housing developments by coordinating and updating customers, advising regards to deliveries and fittings, processing deliveries and invoices, updating the CRM systems and delivering a great customer experience.


Skills and experience:

  • Previous administration and customer service experience is essential
  • Experience gained within the window supply sector is an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided
  • Good IT skills including Excel, and able to learn inhouse systems and product ranges
  • A strong communicator, verbal and written
  • A proactive team player, with a positive and solutions approach


The role is offered as a full time permanent role, with a salary of £25k DOE and 31 days holiday including statutory.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 4PM on a Friday.
