Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Family Law department at Workwales. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our lawyers and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare electronic bundles for court hearings and manage case files
  • Work on our Leap computer system, utilizing your organizational skills to maintain accurate records
  • Typing of briefs and instructions to barristers using digital dictation systems
  • Liaise with barristers, court staff, clients, and the internal legal team to ensure seamless communication
  • Perform general administrative and organizational duties as required

Requirements

  • Previous administrative and secretarial experience, preferably in a legal setting
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid typing and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to develop relationships and assist people in a fast-paced environment
