We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated receptionist to join our dynamic admin team working at Lynfield Mount Hospital.


The successful applicant will support the hospital reception team dealing with enquiries from patients, service users, families, and clinical staff.

This role will involve taking responsibility for the service reception, whilst providing vital support to a variety of teams. Applicants should be courteous, proactive and not afraid of a fast passed working environment.


The role would be ideal for those with experience of patient and service user contact, an excellent telephone manner and a strong administration focus.

Comprehensive training will be provided to the right person.


Shift pattern will include working shifts of 6:30am - 2:30pm and either 1pm - 9pm or 2pm until 10pm, depending on service needs.
