The Role


As a People Operations Coordinator you'll play a key role within the People Operations team, supporting our London based employees.

The People Operations team is part of our wider People (HR) team and our remit covers people processes, systems, data, support, employee relations & compliance.


You'll be responsible for administering our employee lifecycle processes, managing our people support helpdesk by answering employee queries and taking a lead on our onboarding programme both in the UK and internationally in the future.

You'll be someone who has strong organisation skills and who is personable given you'll be the first point of contact for our employees.

You'd also have a continuous improvement mindset and therefore be able to identify problems and come up with solutions.


What you will do...- Manage our People Helpdesk (ticketing system), answering queries and assigning escalated tickets to other team members.- Administer of all our core people processes, for example onboarding, change of terms & conditions and offboarding.- Support the People Advisor on managing probation, ensuring people leaders complete their reviews.- Run our London onboarding programme which includes scheduling workshops, conducting 6 week check-ins with new joiners and lead the People Induction.- Coordinate our employee anniversary schemes with our external partner ensuring employees receive their anniversary gifts. Support the People Advisor with the administration and processing of family leave, for example maternity, baby bonding (paternity), shared parental leave, adoption leave etc.- Manage our contractor joiners including IR35 processing as well as extensions.- Maintain and review data in our people system (Workday) ensuring strong data integrity and accuracy.- Support on ad hoc people initiatives and projects, as and when required.


What you will bring...- Previous administrative experience, preferable in a People (HR) role.- Proficient with either Google Suite or Microsoft products.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Highly organised with a good attention to detail.- Attention to detail and good numerical ability- Flexible and adaptable, able to work in a fast paced environment.
