People Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a meticulous and organized People Operations Coordinator to join our newly created People Operations team at Marlowe Software, Risk and Compliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our people data, creating efficient back-office processes, and finding ways to work smarter as we establish and embed the People function across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People System Management: Ensure our people data is always compliant, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Employee Document Preparation: Prepare, distribute, and organize all employee documents, including employment contracts, contract amendments, and personal information.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Onboarding and Induction: Coordinate our onboarding and induction process to ensure future employees have everything they need to effectively start their new role.
  • Employee Relations: Assist with employee relations matters, including notetaking during formal meetings, and investigation preparation.
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and organize our benefits package.
  • Training and Development: Assist with the coordination of employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Special Events: Arrange gifts for special work occasions, such as work anniversaries and new baby gifts, and coordinate social events, including travel and accommodation for our annual conference.
  • Leadership Support: Supervise Leadership team diaries.
  • Culture Expertise: Become an expert in our core values to help us hire to them and therefore uphold and enhance our culture.

About You:

  • You have a keen interest in the fundamentals of HR and may have your CIPD Level 3 or prior experience of working in a HR or People Team.
  • You're super organized – you can identify what is urgent and important, managing your time well.
  • You have an eye for detail – you understand the importance of producing and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • You're creative – you're comfortable making suggestions and recommendations on how we can operate more efficiently.
  • You have a good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
