Full time Housing Officer required in Manchester

Hays are currently recruiting a full-time Housing Officer based in Bury, Manchester on a temporary basis with hourly rates starting from £13.00 per hour DOE.


Your new role

  • Overseeing the daytoday maintenance and management of rented properties including arranging for the signing of leases, rent collection and maintenance repairs
  • Carrying out regular inspections to assess and ensure houses are in a safe and secure state
  • Supporting and enabling residents to live independently and offering advice/guidance where needed
  • Keeping up to date and accurate records of any contact made with residents/external contractors
  • Referring residents to appropriate sources of benefits and welfare

What you'll get in return
