Enquiry Referral Officer

The Bury Mental Health Service is a multi-disciplinary team that provides support to individuals with mental health needs. As an Enquiry Referral Officer, you will be the first point of contact for members of the public and other professionals making enquiries and referrals to the Mental Health Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Mental Health Team, including data inputting and word processing duties
- Act as the first point of contact for members of the public and other professionals making enquiries and referrals
- Minute taking for the team
- Process information accurately under pressure
Requirements:
- Experience providing administrative support in a busy environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Working Arrangements:
The role is based at Humphrey House, Angouleme Way, Bury, BL9 0EQ. Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week, working during the Mental Health Service office hours 9am to 5pm.
