Salary/Grade:
Grade 3 bar 4, SCP 3 to SCP 8, £21,299 to £23,732 (Salary dependent upon experience).

Hours/Days: 37 hours per week

Highly motivated individual required to join Bolsover District Council's busy Housing Repairs Team.


Bolsover District Council is a dynamic and ambitious organisation that takes pride in delivering excellent services to our community whilst driving economic growth and environmental sustainability for the district.


This role is based at the Riverside Depot and the successful applicant will work across the service delivering admin and other support as required.

Relevant training in specialist areas will be provided.


If you would like to join a progressive forward thinking team and you possess a problem solving approach along with a willingness to drive improvement, then we want to hear from you.


To be successful you will need:

  • Knowledge and understanding of general office practices and procedures
  • Demonstrable experience with reception and telephone skills
  • Experience and knowledge of good customer service including the handling complaints
  • Knowledge of financial management
  • Experience in the use and maintenance of electronic data management systems


Based at the Riverside Depot the successful applicant will work across the service, delivering admin and other support as required.

Relevant training in specialist areas will be provided.
