Audiebant is part of a growing group of companies that supply, install and maintain Audio Communication systems for the public and private sectors. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our team as an Apprentice Administrator.


The main responsibility will be supporting various departments in the business ensuring on-going commitments to clients are met and high service standards are maintained.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the correct department.
  • Contacting existing clients to offer help and support.
  • Opportunity to learn how to edit and produce Audio content and upload it to media players.
  • Inputting support enquiries into the ticketing system.
  • Assisting accounts with inputting contracts, invoicing and processing card payments.
  • Essential admin duties including printing, scanning and filing.
  • Taking minutes during meetings and organising calendars.
  • Monitoring stock levels for stationery and office supplies and ordering this as required.

Skills/Qualities Required:

  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to meet the ongoing requirements of the business.

Qualifications:

  • Maths and English GCSEs
  • Minimum Grade 4 (C)

The role will continue as a full-time position after the apprenticeship. We will also have other opportunities throughout the business in various departments and on-site training will be offered.

The office is a short walk from Kirkham town centre and public transport routes.
