What will you be working on

  • Updating and maintaining all plant records, across all stores
  • Tagging and recording plant assets from vans that recirculate
  • Arranging service's, repairs and calibration of assets
  • Supporting the Health & Safety Team with the recording of harness and ladder checks and GDU Calibrations
  • Managing uniform and safety kits to ensure items are ordered and ready for new starters
  • Regular stock checks to ensure stock count is recorded accurately
  • Managing the booking system for all plant hire items across the different stores

What experience is critical to the role

  • Experience of updating and reporting on accurate stores data and stock quantities
  • Previous responsibility for ensuring assets are checked and in date with calibrations
  • Fleet and plant asset management
  • Great attention to detail
