We are currently recruiting for an energetic and capable Part Time E-Commerce Fulfilment Administrator to join our friendly Warehouse team, based in FENTON BARNS, East Lothian.

This will involve
2 days of work per week (on weekdays only)

Based in our stock warehouse in Fenton Barns, this role focuses on getting our E-Commerce orders delivered to customers.


Our average E-Commerce sale is 3 times the value of our average store sale, meaning that we predominantly sell larger items online: lighting, artwork and furniture.


While this role does involve small order packing, some larger items require extra packaging or repacking prior to courier collection.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with couriers and furniture delivery companies.
  • Maintenance of all packing materials for order fulfilment.
  • Our website platform is Magento, a stateoftheart E-Commerce platform. All orders require administration on Magento, therefore reasonable computer skills are required.
  • There are some smaller orders to pack and send out (boxed candles etc). Good packaging presentation skills are required full training will be given.
