**E-Commerce and Workshop Assistant**

**About the Position**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Uploading new products and data for two Shopify stores, Amazon, Etsy, Faire Wholesale platform, and any other platforms the business chooses to partner with.
- Maintaining existing products and inventory on all platforms.
- Optimizing new and existing listings with relevant keywords and phrases (SEO).
- Managing product images, resizing, and uploading all new product imagery on all platforms in time for product launches.
- Keeping the websites updated in keeping with our brand guidelines.
- Carrying out ad-hoc administrative tasks related to the role, as required.
- Assisting in the kit packing and dispatch departments as required.
- Performing a variety of office duties as required.

**Key Skills**:

- Experience in e-commerce with proven sales success; experience with the Shopify platform (or similar) is essential. Training will be provided, but ideally, we will recruit someone who can get started immediately.
- Excellent spelling, punctuation, grammar, and a good understanding of 'tone of voice' are prerequisites of the position.
- Some experience in the craft and hobby industry would be beneficial.
- Creative, with an appreciation of design and layout.
- Highly organized and able to manage their workload systematically.
- Focused on getting results: how products are listed has a direct impact on sales.
- Responsive: we’re looking for someone who can react quickly when required.
- Adaptable and willing to help out in other departments as needed.

**Hours and Salary**:
Working hours to be discussed at interview with an hourly rate of £12.00 per hour.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
