What You'll Do:

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Human Resources and

Employee Relations:
_

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing induction materials, conducting orientation sessions, and facilitating introductions to team members and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure new employees have the necessary resources and information to start their roles effectively.
  • Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, conducting exit interviews and ensuring the return of company property.
  • Analyse exit interview data to identify trends and develop strategies for improving employee retention.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations and providing mediation where necessary.
  • Collaborate with the learning and development lead to arrange training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Culture and Engagement:_
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with the company's values and mission.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Attend weekly social meetings to help organise employee events, wellness programs, and teambuilding activities.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create an inclusive work environment.
  • Data Management and Reporting:_
  • Collate and analyse data to create HR metrics and reports, providing insights into workforce trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and databases.
  • Generate reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and diversity statistics.
  • Use data to inform strategic HR initiatives and decisionmaking processes.
  • Facilities Management:_
  • Oversee the daytoday operations of office facilities, ensuring they are wellmaintained and meet health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and functioning properly.
  • Implement and monitor health and safety policies, conducting regular risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Handle office space planning and allocation to optimise workspace efficiency.
  • Address any facilitiesrelated issues promptly and effectively.

What You'll Bring:

  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) is essential.
  • Proven experience in a HR advisory role, with a focus on employee relations and engagement.
  • Experience in facilities management, including health and safety compliance.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for personal and professional growth and a commitment to fostering a culture of learning within the organisation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
