As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized and communicative Office Administrator to join our team and help us maintain smooth and efficient office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and procedures, including filing systems, data entry, and office supplies management.
  • Handle communication within the office and with external clients and suppliers, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the team.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support HR activities, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and payroll processing.
  • Monitor office expenses and handle minor purchasing decisions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.

Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software (e.g., ERP).
  • High attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with basic HR and financial procedures is a plus.
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary will be a bonus.
