Job Title: Office Estimating Administrator

Job Summary:

The Office Estimating Administrator plays a critical role in the organization by providing administrative support and estimating services to customers. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and customer queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Track and record secure deliveries, ensuring proof of delivery is maintained.
  • Assist with the secure sign-in of visitors and contractors, adhering to established procedures.
  • Estimate jobs using Tharstern's system, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Process customer orders, generating dockets and artwork bags as required.
  • Manage SAP sales orders and projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers.
  • Liaise with production managers to report on order and dispatch status.
  • Generate ISF numbers and conduct daily checks of the Blockchain Portal.
  • Produce Chamber of Commerce paperwork for dispatches.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing and destruction of old dockets.

Requirements:

  • Customer-focused with strong customer service skills.
  • Flexible and dedicated, with the ability to prioritize a busy workload.
  • Team working skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Experience in office administration, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Desirable experience of using SAP and producing quotes.
