Computerise documents and maintain electronic filing systems
- Provide administrative support to office staff
- Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Manage office operations using Google Suite
- Maintain organisational systems within the office
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls
- Perform general clerical duties as needed Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role is desirable
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
