Financial Services Administrator

We are a busy and highly respected IFA practice in County Durham. Due to expansion we have a vacancy for this position.
**Key responsibilities**
- General administration support to advisers and paraplanners - including, information gathering, letters of authority, preparing documents and valuations for client meetings.
- Handling telephone calls from both clients and providers.
- Record keeping - ensuring client records are kept up to data accurately.
- Dealing with client servicing enquiries.
- New business processing for pensions, investments and protection.
- Assist in preparing for client review meetings and completing review reports.
**The ideal person**
- Experience of providing administration support
- Good competency using Microsoft programmes.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative within a busy office.
