We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Head Office in Kings Hill, Kent

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting the European Financial Director, partnering with the business across Europe and India to deliver financial insights and support strategic decision making.

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the business across Europe & India, providing financial insights & driving strategic decisions.
  • Prepare accurate & timely monthly reports, analyse data to identify trends & opportunities.
  • Develop & maintain financial models, forecasts & budgets, supporting the 5-year plan.
  • Manage & deliver finance projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work effectively with cross-functional teams & support ERP system implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to IFRS & implement Group policies across relevant operations.

Requirements

Essential

  • Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping, financial reporting, forecasting, modelling, and budgeting.
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and management reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software.
  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
  • A positive and proactive approach with a drive to learn and develop.

Desirable

  • Experience working in a FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • International experience with exposure to different business cultures.
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Project management experience.
  • Previous experience working with ERP system.
