As our new Sensitive Support Consultant, you will be interacting with our customers that may require some additional support during their journey to financial recovery with us.

Our customers may have health conditions or just need additional support as they may be going through a difficult period in their life.


We are looking for an individual who is comfortable with having sometimes difficult conversations, and able to show empathy towards our customers.

You will need to have a genuine want to helping our customers get back on track with their finances and be strong in both written and verbal communication.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting out vulnerable customers and their appointed third partes with their accounts
