At Brook Street Social Care, we have an exciting opportunity for a Floating Support Worker to join our team. This role will involve providing direct and person-centered support to vulnerable adults with complex needs across services such as Supported Housing, Outreach, Criminal Justice, Domestic Violence, and Refugee support, in locations including Bristol, Bath, North Somerset, Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire, and Basingstoke.
You will play a crucial role in assisting clients to develop independent living skills and addressing various social issues.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Establishing positive relationships with external agencies
- Demonstrating strong organizational and planning skills
- Ensuring timely and accurate administration
- Supporting clients in their move-on process
- Implementing Health and Safety policies
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience or interest in a diverse range of services
- Flexibility to work varying hours depending on project needs
- Proactive, passionate, driven, and organized individuals
- Advocates for those who have faced homelessness and social exclusion
- Comfortable with travel to multiple locations

REQUIREMENTS:
