We are seeking a part-time Floating Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team in North Somerset.

As a Support Worker, you will be working with clients to live independently within their own home and local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and medication administration.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and day-to-day household duties.
  • Supporting clients with accessing the local community, including shopping, activities, and trips.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.

Requirements:

  • Driving is essential for this role due to the work locations.
  • Enhanced rates of pay for NVQs.
  • A stable and supportive work environment.
