Main Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to children, following their personalized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with our nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Complete shift checklists to ensure safe care practices.
- Monitor and report any changes in a child's condition to the nursing team.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a car.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recognize and report any concerns or issues.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
