Care Support Worker

We are seeking a part-time Floating Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team in North Somerset.
As a Support Worker, you will be working with clients to live independently within their own home and local community.
The role involves supporting clients with personal care tasks, medication administration, meal preparation, accessing the local community, and day-to-day household duties.
At Radis, we offer enhanced rates for NVQs and ensure that you have the same clients on a daily basis.
This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients and be part of a team that values independence and community involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Administer medication as required.
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients.
- Support clients in accessing the local community, including shopping and activities.
- Assist with day-to-day household duties, such as cleaning and laundry.
Requirements:
- Driving is essential for this role due to the work locations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client boundaries.
