Support Worker - Keynsham

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Keynsham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young person to live independently in the community.

About the Role
  • Provide one-to-one support to a young person with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support the young person to develop their skills and independence
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the young person receives a high-quality service
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of PTSD, Autism, and FND Seizures an advantage
