About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and caring Support Worker to join our close-knit support team in Bath. As a Support Worker, you will be supporting eight individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex health needs who share a very sociable and family-oriented home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with all aspects of daily living, including medication, food preparation, intimate personal care, and mobility
  • Accompany individuals to their favourite activities, such as bowling, cinema, eating out, and day trips to the beach
  • Encourage and empower individuals to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives
