About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Fiennes House, a small residential home for adults with learning and other disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support to our residents, enabling them to live their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily care and support tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
  • Build meaningful relationships with our residents, understanding their needs and preferences, and helping them to achieve their goals.
  • Empower independence by assisting with personal goals, from daily activities to long-term aspirations, and encouraging creative exploration.
  • Support social engagement by facilitating activities, outings, and hobbies that promote social interaction and community involvement.
About Our Residents

Our residents at Fiennes House are a vibrant and active group who enjoy a range of activities, including art classes, trampolining, music, and gardening in our sensory garden. They are a very social group who love to get out and about in the community.
